Great day of salmon & trout fishing on lake Michigan

Six man limit of big kings lake trout & coho's. At one time we had seven fish on!! The group had a great time!!

Lake Michigan Fishing Report May 19

On May 19, we left early for a morning charter and really got into the fish.  We had up to 5 fish on lines at once.  Everybody fished hard and we caught all of these fish in a little over 2 hours!

We caught our limit in about 2.5 hours.  These guys had a Blast!

Lake Michigan Salmon and Trout Fishing Report 5-20-2012

On May 20, we left out of East Chicago Marina, (Pastrick Marina), we steamed out about 17 miles and we caught a lot of fish, had a lot of laughs and everybody really enjoyed themselves.

Lake Michigan Charter fishing report May 18, 2012

On May 18, we left out of East Chicago Marina and went out about 17 miles.  We have been having unbelievable success all week.  We have been catching our limits!

 

These guys had a great time on their charter!

Great May weather for some fast spring action!

On May 3 we went out for a day of Pre Fishing for the Coho Classic.  We caught 16 nice salmon and a lake trout.  We were fishing in about 100 feet of water. We had a really nice day of fishing and the weather really cooperated.  We took some nice pictures and a great video showing the hot action we enjoyed that day.

We had a couple of guests on the boat that were new to Lake Michigan Fishing and they had a really good time.



Great day limit of kings

Had a super fun day today.  We caught 18 fish.  Most of them were King Salmon.

Fished out of Pastrick Marina, fished the gong, from 55 to 80 feet of water with dodger flies, and spoons, and meat rigs.  On riggers, dipsys, and 8 and 10 color lead core.  Trolling speed was 2.2 to 2.4 MPH.

New Radar Installed

We worked late and in a foggy mist to install our new radar.  The Radar is the Humminbird 21 inch radar which will integrate with our fish finder.  This new addition will help us operate more safely and will help us catch more fish at the same time.
